I was suffering very bad from anorexia, I felt like no one understood, I felt alone. This book made me feel something again, when I hadn't for so long. I ordered it and had it delivered when I finally went into treatment as other girls recommended it. I'm so glad I bought it. And I know people around me didnt really understand what I was going through, its very confusing and hard to understand from an outside perspective. I had my mom read the book and felt like it opened her eyes into my ED. I recommend this book to anyone struggling. You're not alone!
